Invicta

This is what we can read in the city coat of arms, which means in english something like Ancient, Very Noble, Always Loyal and Unvanquished City of Porto. But Invicta is the most famous name because of the victorious resistance against the Napoleonic Imperial army.

Quinta do Covelo

Ruins of the house in Quinta do Covelo, a green zone where i go a lot and love it, seems the city council wants to make a requalification in this area:S, i'm waiting for the meaning of the word to them.

Massarelos viaduct

Before this viaduct all traffic was done at the right and sharing the thin space with trams between the walls and Douro river.

I don't know what's the purpose of this scratches, the sky and the stairs save the picture.

Sooner or later someone is going to start a war against this dishes, most interesting is the name of the company with the word cable on it.

Mailboxes

Before my affair with photography this view would be irrelevant to me, now i stop the car, get out and take a lot of shots before go home happy and whistling.
This is the entrance of one "ilha"/"islands" as they are called here.

Today i saw this sign on a subway station, it's amazing how modern man is so careful with signs like this but still keep doing so many basic mistakes, which are this mistakes you ask me? ... Exactly, those kind of mistakes we all do.

Everyone wants to arrive home in our main city access, the VCI .

Old house in ruins

This house near Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto has a lot of green vegetables to eat and i think the main residents are honeybees, at least in the balcony.
This house is the last surviver in a place occupied with our biggest hospital, university and schools.

Vacation are over

Today many people return to work today from traditional august vacation, this world never stops there is always someone working when your not.

Futebol or Football

From the time when we use the word football, from my search this is from 1910, today we use the portuguese word futebol and the rest i let to football fans.

This is a nice place where i went yesterday with some friends, it has a great view because this is a terrace in the top of a cinema but since some of you are still scared with my last photo i let you only my shadows today, Ah Ah Ah!

This is a beautiful house near where i live, since i move here this house is abandoned with a plate saying it is for sale, now looks someone bought it and i'm sure it was by a number with a lot of zeros which takes me to think in two cenarios, to rebuild and bring this palace to life again or to destroy and start a new construction.
I just let here how this house look today surrounded by green.
